Zach Basner
Owner / CEO
As one of the founders of WBD, Zach brings his entrepreneurial spirit to the table. With a background in new business development, Zach has a deep understanding of the needs of a start-up business. And with more than 7 years of industry experience, Zach created and maintained several online platforms that serve as resources for music and religious landscapes. “The Power of 3” is Zach’s brainchild and the core of Wild Boy Design’s foundation. He leads The Achieve Team at WBD, and with God’s grace, he uplifts and encourages his team to be all that it can and meet challenges with a positive attitude. He is also a man that loves his shoes and he’s not afraid to admit it. Zach's favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 10:17.
George Thomas
General Manager
George, AKA Big Easy, has more than 15 years of industry experience. As a certified inbound marketing and social media marketing professional, George is a thought leader when it comes to marketing and business management. In fact, George has implemented marketing strategies that have helped several business platforms grow by an annual average of 34%. He enjoys the ability to learn, teach, and develop new solutions for clients, and working in a creative Christian environment. George is a graduate of the ABC Pastoral Development Program and is a secret member of the Justin Beiber fan club. George's favorite verse is Phillipians 4:13.
John Hall
Social Media Stratagist
John puts his Christian passion into everything he does. As WBD’s Social media stratagist, John approaches each client with ambition, innovation, and a fresh perspective. John is Hootsuite certified as a social media marketing strategist, and knows inbound marketing like nobody’s business. John’s love of people and family comes through loud and clear and he’s yet to find someone he can’t work with. John loves to skateboard; he loves the ocean, and the Raiders. His favorite verse is Galatians 2:20.
Teresa Hall
Project Manager
Teresa’s uncanny customer service skills are what set her apart from the rest. She is loving, enthusiastic, and above all… organized; making her the perfect fit as Wild Boy’s Project Manager. Teresa nurtures every client relationships by managing each step of their project with accuracy and punctuality. From first phone call to the finished product, Teresa is a key player in the success of any project. Teresa feels blessed to be working in a Christian company knowing that God’s hands are in everything WBD does.
Eric Jacobs
Creative Director
Eric’s stunning, award-winning career is marked with years of working with national brands as art director, illustrator, and interactive designer. Delivering top-notch creative to clients such as Sherwin-Williams, Target, Sears Optical, Moen Faucets, and P&G, Eric’s God-given talents have earned him numerous national and local Addy Awards. He has more than 17 years in the business, which has shaped him into a fast-thinking problem solver. He has internationally published work and is a member of Christian Leadership Concepts. And Eric’s never met a dog he doesn’t like. His favorite Bible verse is Deuteronomy 4:29.
Shaun Lewis
Lead Developer
Shaun’s vast know-how with programming languages and platforms, and advanced development capabilities make him our go-to man on any project. His distinguished clients include Carter Lumber, Ohio Dept. of Transportation, Johnsonite Flooring, and John Carroll University. His diehard love of the MAC is almost as great as his love for his wife and kids. He also enjoys Scrabble, fresh coffee, nachos, and the Oxford comma.
Jordan Metheney

Jordan’s unbending faith provides him the strength and passion to make a difference in people’s lives. As part of Wild Boy’s sales team, he not only loves interacting with clients, he is an educator, friend, and confidant. Jordan’s work ethic and high expectations of himself drive him to succeed in any endeavor he undertakes. He has two wonderful sons, loves to laugh and learn, and loves to come to work every day at Wild Boy Design.
